Notice	1. The validity period is 1 year. 2. Change content or use of imported goods: The importer should apply for input according to the content contained in IC files. If the contents of which need to be changed, they should apply to the issuing authority separately; Approve change. 3. Domestic transfer: After the goods are imported in the domestic (including course tax areas and the bonded zone), it is not required to apply for a strategic high -tech goods output permit. 4. The goods have been imported Within 3 months after the release, the inspection IC shadow book and the copy of the import report form (import certificate) reported by the customs seal of the customs reported to the original certificate authority. When the importer enters the import report, the international import certificate number and item number and secondary secondary shall be freely reported to the original certificate authority (structure). 5. Reported by the goods: The importer has not imported the goods within one year, and it should be attached to ICs and specifically reported reasons to report to the original issuing authority. 6. Imported goods are exported again: If the original government government stipulates that the consent must be performed first, the exporters of my country should then attach the original export country government to approve the export certificate; The IC number or other sufficient funding is issued. 7. Missing reissue: Importers have to describe the cause of loss, IC certificate number and the date of issuance of the certificate, and the inspection IC application form will be remedied to the original certificate authority.
